The Intensive Care Coordinator implements the
High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) process for families of children and youth with
complex emotional, behavioral, and environmental needs. The Coordinator
facilitates the development of a short-term crisis stabilization and
transitional plan, completes assessments, educates families, and develops
the family team. The Coordinator facilitates meetings and is responsible for
leading the team through the HFW activities.
This position requires 15% travel throughout
Virginia to monitor supports and meet with community agencies.

We are looking for a candidate who is looking
to grow their leadership skills, has an energy and passion for working with
families and is able to follow the structure of the evidence-based process of
HFW. The incumbent also has experience
working with seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents and their
families. Successful candidates must be highly organized, able to work independently,
and enjoy meeting and working as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Degree: Bachelor's degree in a human
services field (psychology, social work, special education, etc).
Experience: 3 years of clinical experience with children/adolescents.
Driving Record: This position may
occasionally require transporting clients or driving an agency vehicle.
Candidates must have a valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving
record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no
criminal violations in the last five years).
Able to Complete
BRBH will provide the Coordinator with training for the HFW Certification.
Coordinator must be able to complete the certification and participate in
