Way back in 1999 when I started Ingenious Med, I wanted to leverage the disruptive technology at the time to solve some real-world problems for physicians, their practices and their hospital partners. The whole goal was to help physician practices to become successful so their clinicians could spend more time doing what we originally became clinicians for, caring for patients and improving their lives.
Traditionally, we’ve helped by optimizing revenue cycle, practice optics and rounding efficiency. These days, it’s all about cost reduction, minimizing care variation and improving interdisciplinary collaboration. Our goal is to help our already overwhelmed clinicians be even smarter by providing them with real-time insights and tools, at the point-of-care, so they can better align with the new environment of value.
