The Customer Experience Agents are an integral part of the Contact Center team within the Communication & Related Services business unit.
This position is the primary interface with the customers on a daily basis through all methods of communication and handles routine customer interactions.
1) Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently
2) Processes inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally, efficiently, courteously and with appropriate discretion and sense of urgency.
3) Takes and dispatches messages accurately while following strict protocols provided by clients.
Job Requirements: High school Diploma or Equivalent
0-2 years required experience Customer Service experience is a plus
