What will I be doing?
A Housekeeping Team Captain (Inspector) is responsible for inspecting guest rooms to meet hotel standards. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Inspect guest rooms to ensure proper cleaning and safety standards are followed. Direct staff in order to ensure cleanliness and correct deficiencies as needed.
Prepare daily inspection work reports.
Train room attendants to clean according to hotel standards.
Participate in evaluation of room attendants.
Report all maintenance problems.
What are we looking for?
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
At least 6 months experience in housekeeping preferred.
All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
