Elizabethtown College is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for The High Center for Family Business.
The Administrative Assistant will assist the Membership Development Coordinator and High Center staff in organizing and coordinating projects and activities associated with this office. This position part time, 9-12 months per year, flexible Monday-Friday with a maximum of 900 hours per year. The hourly rate is $14.00/hr.
High school diploma is required; plus five years of office, organizational and customer relations experience; proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including mail merge.
Experience with contact database management systems (ie; SalesForce and Constant Contact) and social media platforms (ie; LinkedIn, Facebook); Experience with website design, preferably WordPress. Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
