Seasonal Drivers and Driver’s
Grove, Minneapolis, and Shakopee, MN

opportunities. Our client, UPS,
leading multinational package delivery and supply chain management company, is
seeking to add energetic Drivers to their team this season. And, this may be your opportunity to take the good job you do

In these roles, you will work for UPS in a
temporary, seasonal role with an option to work through the 2nd week in
January. You will take on a very physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that
involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh
25-35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
You’ll enjoy a fast-paced, physical position
that gets you outdoors and connecting with customers. As a Driver Helper, you will earn $20/hr. assisting the driver in the delivery of packages.
This is not a “driving” role. As a Personal
Vehicle Driver, you will earn $25/hr.
from the driver’s seat of your own car, as you pick up and deliver packages. Package Drivers will earn $27/hr. For this role, a DOT physical exam is required.
Package Delivery Drivers must have excellent customer-contact and driving
skills. Some UPS facilities may require the ability to drive a delivery vehicle
with a standard (manual) transmission.
To qualify, you must be 21 years of age or older, be able to
pass a criminal background check and lift to 70 pounds. Drivers must possess
a valid driver’s license and must have no at-fault accidents within the last
three years and no moving violations within the last 12 months; no more than 3
moving violations in the last 3 years. Personal Vehicle Drivers must have proof
of a registered vehicle for use is required, as is a minimum state-required
auto insurance; must have a personal cell phone.
