- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum one to three years of related, applicable
experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Solid record of safety and continuous
improvement in an industrial setting.
- Lean/Continuous Improvement experience and
- Demonstrated ability to safely work on and
around complex, highly automated machinery in a non-temperature regulated
- Strong maintenance planning skills, including
proficiency in CMMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
to effectively present information to other maintenance supervisors,
technicians, and operators
- Cross-functional understanding of systems
involving Electrical, PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Motors, motion control, and
- Experience in food manufacturing desired.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a proactive
manner and working independently.
looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our team to Provide Maintenance
Planning, technical problem-solving and engineering support to ensure efficient
execution of Maintenance services for all Production, Processing and support
equipment. The successful candidate completes identified Capital Projects,
Continuous Improvement projects, and has indirect Supervisory responsibilities
for hourly Mechanics.
