- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
related to machine maintenance and repair preferred, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of four years related, applicable
experience with Supervision of machine maintenance and repair in a
- Must have experience as a Maintenance
Supervisor (not Maintenance Manager).
- Must have experience working in food
- Solid record of safety and continuous improvement
in an industrial setting.
- Flexibility to work any shift and additional
hours as needed during peak demand.
- Demonstrated ability to safely work on and
around complex, highly automated machinery in a non-temperature regulated
environment. Strong troubleshooting, verbal and written communication skills to
effectively present to other maintenance supervisors’ technicians, and
- Cross-functional demonstrated skills in
Electrical, PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Motors, motion control, and mechanical
- Experience in food manufacturing strongly
preferred, Lean and Six Sigma a plus.
Advisor/Supervisor (plant production and processing equipment to meet
production requirements) to join our team to supervise the packaging of
products at specified production efficiency, safety, quality and cost
standards. Provides leadership, planning and resources to help create a
