Sales Representative Summary
Territory Sales Rep, you will optimize retail sales of agriculture equipment in
your assigned territory. You will develop a sales territory for future growth
and maintain relationships within dealer guidelines, provide after-sales
product follow-up, and support equipment operations as needed. This will
require you to go out and build relationships, conduct demos and get to know
the farmers feeding the world in your area, earning their trust and convincing
them we are the right decision for them. In addition, you will
continuously monitor and report competitive activities, implement approved
marketing tools to strengthen product and market knowledge to improve retail
sales results, and assist with coordinating field demonstrations and training
efforts. You will be expected to achieve and/or exceed the annual marketing
plan while meeting goals within budget guidelines. There is no cap on commissions,
which means you will be compensated for your success!
